Maarten Vanleenhove has over 15 years of performance management experience in different sectors and environments. He has an extensive experience in both functional and technical design, dimensional data modeling, ETL, reporting and score carding with all major solutions in the BI-market. He is an expert in Cognos, DataStage, Qlikview, Netezza, TimeXtender and Informatica PowerCenter and holds certifications for the IBM Cognos Business Intelligence suite, Netezza, Informatica PowerCenter and Prince II project management foundation. Maarten is a communicative team player committed to excelling in quality and meeting project deadlines.

In his spare time, Maarten is a respected amateur-astronomer, observing the stars from his observatory in Leest. Specialized into observing variable stars, Maarten co-authored several professional publications. As secretary-general of the Vereniging voor Sterrenkunde, he actively engages himself into creating public awareness and astronomy outreach, hoping our heritage of starry skies will not be lost.
